Since this is the fourth time I buy this product, I am able to provide an educated feedback. When you set your fitness target you have a better idea of what kind of products you will need to help you meet it. My goal is to get ripped without getting too bulky and I can tell this product is right for me. Supplements alone will not do the job; these will only work if you combine them with hard work and proper nutrition. After every workout I have been taking this product and noticed my appetite has been decreased. I am hungry enough but not at the point where I make those bad decisions and eat the entire pantry. This is key since you eat what is best for you and give your body the opportunity to truly take advantage of the workout. In addition, it has helped me with muscle recovery (the soreness); this allows me to train more often. I must advise you to dissolve the product in very cold water; the taste is very strong if the water is at room temperature.
