I have been taking Supreme Alpha Lean for about two weeks. I have never taken a post workout drink before and I love this one. I feel better in general, but the thing most noted is my energy level and the fact that I dont feel as sore. My workouts are more intense and I dont feels as tire as I use to.

Loving it! After three weeks of taking this recovery drink, I can say I’m addicted to it! I always take it within 30min after my crossfit workouts, and the next day I always feel ready to attack wods again! So it definitely works, and on top of that, it tastes good!
